Purpose of award: To support undergraduate research in strength and conditioning.
Eligibility requirements: Applicants must be undergraduate students planning to undertake a research project related to strength and conditioning that fits in with the mission of the NSCA. Students must submit a proposal with rationale, study methods and purpose and find a faculty advisor. Applicants must be NSCA members for one year before applying and be pursuing careers in strength and conditioning. Applications are evaluated based on grades, courses, experience, honors, recommendations and involvement in the community and with NSCA.
