Purpose of award: To assist Virginia students with extreme financial need.
Eligibility requirements: Applicants must be U.S. citizens or eligible noncitizens, enrolled or planning to enroll at least half-time in a Virginia public or eligible private nonprofit two- or four-year college or university and be residents of Virginia.
