Purpose of award: To support Virginia residents who are pursuing bachelor's degrees.
Eligibility requirements: Applicants must be high school seniors with at least a 3.0 GPA. They must pass all SOL tests and score at least 1000 on the SAT. Students must obtain a letter of recommendation from a guidance counselor or principal. Awards are based on financial need, academic achievements, educational goals and commitment to the Virginia BPW mission.
