Purpose of award: To provide graduate fellowships for students of American Indian and Alaskan Native heritage.
Eligibility requirements: Applicants must be full-time students who can provide proof of tribal enrollment, a Certificate of Indian Blood (showing 114 Indian blood) and an essay on educational goals.
