Great Lakes STEM Scholarships for Undergraduate and Graduate Students in USA

Great Lakes Educational Loan ServicesGreat Lakes Educational Loan Services, Inc. offers STEM scholarships. This scholarship is for pursuing undergraduate and graduate degree level. The scholarship is provided to study Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math. Up to 750 scholarships awards of value $2,500 each will be granted. The scholarship awards are not renewable, students may reapply to the program each year they meet eligibility requirements. Students must be high school seniors or graduates or be current post secondary undergraduates or graduate level students. The students of USA can apply for this scholarship. Students must have a minimum cumulative grade point average of 2.75 on a 4.0 scale (or its equivalent) and demonstrate financial need.


Study Subject(s): The scholarship is provided to study Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math at undergraduate and graduate degree level.
Course Level: This scholarship is for pursuing undergraduate and graduate degree level at an accredited college, university or vocational-technical school for the entire 2013-2014 academic year.

Eligibility: To be eligible, a student must:

-Be enrolled full-time with a declared major field of study in science, technology, engineering, or math at a public or private two–year or four–year college, university, or vocational–technical school.

-Have a minimum cumulative grade point average of 2.75.

-Be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident.

-Demonstrate financial need.

What does it cover? Up to 750 awards of $2,500 each will be granted. Awards are not renewable; however, students may reapply to the program each year they meet eligibility requirements. The award may be used to pay for undergraduate or graduate education related expenses only.

Notification: Finalists will be notified by email on or before April 22, 2013. Applicants not selected as finalists will also be notified by email at this time.
